Job Description: This starts from generating bill of material (BOM), BoM Validation with support of Engineering team, Part ordering to right supplier, ongoing BoM change management until completion of build. Prototype BOM and Material control Analyst to coordinate with CFT (Engineering, Purchasing, Program Mgt, Finance and PMA) and participate in Program review meetings to ensure material orders are placed on-time to meet the Material Required Date (MRD). ERP s used Worldwide Engineering Releasing System (WERS) feeds the part-usage details to GPIRS. Global Prototype Inventory Requisitioning and Scheduling (GPIRS) system for ordering prototype parts Worldwide Integrated Purchasing System (WIPS) feeds source details to GPIRS.
